Can I Edit a Customer's Store Credit Balance?

Not at the moment. The current version of Loyup doesn't support editing an individual customer's store credit balance.

What you can see in Loyup

You can still view every customer's credit details in Loyup > Customers. For each customer, the list shows:

• Balance: the store credit they have available right now.
• Spent / Received: how much credit they've used and how much they've earned.
• Last activity: the date of their most recent credit activity.

Use the search bar to find a customer by name or email, or sort the list by last activity.
